Zessmart’s Returns and Refund Policy
Returns Policy
1. If you get the product that is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, you may raise a return request on our Zessmart website. Return request must be raised within the 7 days from the delivery date.
2. For electronic appliances like mobile phones, cameras related issues after usage or after the return policy period, the customers are requested to check the seller warranty or brand warranty.
3. Our return policy is applicable for some selected categories. Please check the Per Category Return Policy for more information.
Valid Reason to Return a Product
1. You get the damaged or defective product (physically damaged or broken) at the time of product delivery.
2. If you get the incomplete product (some item or parts of the product are missing)
3. If the product you get is incorrect ( you get wrong product, wrong color ,size or anything)
4. If the product is not same as the product description
5. If the delivered product does not fit you (size is unsuitable)

Phones and Tablets

Depending on Zessmart’s evaluation, a refund will be given if the item is partial, erroneous, damaged, or defective upon delivery.
Note: Used products cannot be returned to us. If your cell phone is dead when it arrives (i.e., doesn’t turn on at all), you can submit a return request straight to Zessmart. For information about the manufacturer’s warranty if the mobile phone has already been activated*, please get in touch with the seller or brand warranty provider immediately.
*A mobile phone is deemed operational after a SIM card is placed or after it is Wi-Fi linked to the internet.
Fashion
Shoes, accessories, apparel, sunglasses, and clothing
Returns and refunds are accepted for change of mind. (not applicable to non-Zessmart items shipped from abroad).
Depending on Zessmart’s evaluation, a refund will be given if the item is partial, erroneous, damaged, or defective upon delivery. Items need to be in original tags, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged. Any used items will be refused and sent back to the buyers.
Accessories: purses, watches, jewellery, eyewear, and intimate apparel for women and men.

Note: Used products cannot be returned to us. Zessmart will only accept returns for laptops with brand warranties if the item is dead upon arrival (that is, does not turn on at all). For information about the manufacturer’s warranty, please get in touch with the seller or brand warranty provider immediately after the brand seal has been opened or removed.
All software goods that have a return policy stated on their product details page are non-returnable items.

Any 3 Bundle
For any three bundle, a return request must be made within 14 days after the delivery date.
Returns and refunds are not accepted for changes of mind.
Partial returns are accepted: After the consumer returns the items and Zessmart inspects them for quality, a partial refund will be given to them if a specific amount of products from an Any 3 Bundle qualify for a return. The amount of the return is determined at the item level for every bundle. The number of items you have returned will multiply the total sum paid for the order by three.

Conditions for Returns
1. The item ought to be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and flawless. When it comes to fashion items, one can try them on to make sure they fit. This will continue to be regarded as unworn.
2. Original tags, user guides, warranty cards, freebies, invoices, and accessories must be included with the goods.
3. The item needs to be returned in its original, untouched manufacturer’s box or packaging. The goods must be returned in the original Zessmart box or packaging if it was sent in any of them. Avoid sticking tape or stickers straight onto the box or packaging from the manufacturer.
NOTE: To prevent any hassles or delays in the return process, it is crucial that the Order Number and Return Tracking Number are clearly visible on your return package.
When delivering your parcel to the pick-up agent or drop-off station, please take the Zessmart Return Acknowledgment paper and save it for your records.
*We reserve the right to deny any refund requests if the returned item does not match the aforementioned standards.
Note: The item will be returned to you within 6–8 days if your return request is denied. After three (3) unsuccessful delivery attempts, item will be consigned to scrap; reimbursement will not be provided.
Refunds Policy
Issuance of Refunds
1. The sort of refund you receive and the payment method you choose will determine how long it takes to complete.
2. After Zessmart has processed your return in accordance with your refund type, the refund period or process begins.
3. The item price and shipping costs for the returned merchandise are covered by the refund amount.
Refund Types
Zessmart will process your refund according to the following refund types
1. Refund from returns: After your item is successfully returned to the warehouse and quality control is finished, your refund will be handled. See our Return Policy for information on how to return an item.
2. Order cancellation refunds: Once the cancellation is approved, the refund is initiated automatically.
3. Refunds for unsuccessful delivery – The refund procedure get started as soon as the item is received by the vendor. Please be aware that depending on the location of your shipping address, this could take longer time. Enabled support for screen readers.

Refund Voucher | Vouchers may be redeemed using the same email address that the consumer registered with Zessmart, and they will be emailed to that address. |
NB:
1. You can only use the voucher discount code once. Even if the order value is less than the voucher value, the remaining amount will not be returned or applied to the next purchase.
2. Should there be a refund, the amount of cash back that was received, if any, would be deducted from the refund.
How to Return a Product
1. At first, sign in to your Zessmart account. Click on “My Account”.
2. Click on “My Order” section; click on the View all.
3. Select the product you want to return and click on “initiate return”.
4. Kindly choose your desired refund method.
5. Fill in the Return Form and the available return options (pickup/drop-off).

6. When packing a return, make sure the goods is in its original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging from the time it was shipped to you. On the outside of the package, clearly write your order number and return tracking number.
7. Proceed to the closest drop-off location or wait for our pick-up service to arrive. When delivering your parcel to the pick-up agent or drop-off station, please take the Zessmart Return Acknowledgment paper and save it for your records.
8. Upon dropping off your delivery, make sure your order number and return tracking number are put on it. As soon as you complete the online return form and log your return request, you can view your return tracking number.
Conditions for Return
The item ought to be undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and flawless. Fashion items are still deemed unused even after being tried on for fit. We retain the right to send a product back to you if it is returned to us in a really poor condition.
Original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, and accessories must all be present with the product.
The item needs to be returned in its original, untouched manufacturer’s box or packaging. The goods must be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached if it was sent in a second layer of Zessmart packaging. Avoid attaching stickers or tape on the manufacturer’s package.
Please take the Zessmart Return Acknowledgment Form from the Hub and complete it on your own while returning the item to our hub. We will retain a copy for our records, and you should keep one copy for yourself.
Note: To prevent any trouble or delay in the return process, it is crucial to include the order number and return tracking number on your return package.
